BCBA4Hope provides education, executive operations support, and strategic guidance for ABA practice owners and leaders. Services may include coaching sessions, resources, and written summaries.
3) No Clinical Services
BCBA4Hope services are operational and educational in nature and are not a substitute for clinical treatment, supervision, medical advice, or legal advice. If you need clinical care, consult an appropriate licensed provider.
4) Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5) Payment & Scheduling
Your session is confirmed after checkout. After purchase, you will receive a short intake form and instructions to select your session time.
6) Cancellation / Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.
7) Refunds
Due to the nature of time-reserved services, purchases are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you believe there has been an error, contact us and we’ll review promptly.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case prior to the session.
8) Client Responsibility
You are responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the session. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
9) Intellectual Property
All materials provided are owned by BCBA4Hope and are for your personal/business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell without written permission.
10) Limitation of Liability
